Free Australia-Wide Shipping on Every Pallet
Freight is included in the listed price on every order — no surprise delivery costs at checkout. We dispatch liquidation pallets from our base at Quakers Hill, Western Sydney (NSW) and deliver Australia-wide: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle and most regional areas across every state and territory.
How your pallet is delivered
- Door delivery (tail-lift) as standard: the pallet arrives on a truck with a tail-lift and is unloaded at ground level — no forklift needed. Make sure the truck can access your street and there is space to unload.
- Business delivery: deliveries to a warehouse, store or business address with a forklift or dock are welcome — just tell us at order time.
- Depot collection or pickup: prefer to collect? Depot collection or pickup from our base may be arranged — contact us before ordering.
- Truckloads: full and part truckloads are delivered Australia-wide with delivery included — contact us to arrange dock or kerbside unloading.
Receiving your pallet
- Someone should be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Check the pallet wrap for visible transit damage before signing, and note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Residential deliveries require reasonable truck access — let us know about narrow streets, gates or height limits when ordering so the right vehicle is booked.
Tracking & timing
Once your pallet is booked with the carrier we send the consignment details so you can track it. NSW deliveries are typically quickest from our Sydney base; interstate metro and regional deliveries take longer. We confirm a realistic delivery window when your order is dispatched.
International buyers
