How is shipping calculated?

We cover the shipping costs for every order in The United State and Canada. All our products are delivered for free to your doorstep, with no minimum order required.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated timelines:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days (via freight)

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 12–18 business days
  • Europe, Asia, Africa: 2–5 weeks (depending on mode of transport)

Can I pick up my pallet?
    • Yes. Local pickup is available at our warehouse by appointment. Select “Local Pickup” during checkout and we’ll schedule your pickup window.

Returns, Quality, and Guarantees

What is your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are also accepted.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

What if my items arrive damaged?

If you receive visibly damaged or missing goods:

  1. Take detailed photos within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email documentation to info@liquidationpalletsonline.com 

  3. We will assess your case and offer a resolution if appropriate

Are pallet contents guaranteed?

While manifested pallets include accurate listings, all pallets—especially unmanifested ones—carry a standard level of risk inherent to the liquidation industry. Condition is as described but may vary slightly in mix and quantity.

Are photos and descriptions exact?
      • Photos are representative of the lot or category, not the exact pallet.

      • Descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our ability.

      We inspect and verify pallets before shipping to ensure transparency.
